Why are the prices here so much higher for the same products than other stores? nearly $18 per lb for deli roast beef when BJ's sells the exact same brand for about $12 per lb. High prices are not just limited to the deli, nearly everything in there is noticeably more expensive than even the grocery store across the street.

They don't want to take the time to find substitutions for items ( you can't tell me the whole store is out of paper towels) and on top of that I get home only to find a bunch of items I paid for and was supposed to get are missing. My refund is being reviewed but with half my order and ingredients being forgotten somewhere at the store the whole trip was pointless.
