It was cold and dried out it was not in the warming case just sitting in the back on counter I had to wait for 10 minutes before they waited on me they they saw me at the counter and just let me stand there waiting and then had the nerve to point out the tip screen on the card reader poor service and a nasty pizza and thats one reason why I don't tip before I have tasted the food. Won't be going there again

- GMGaspare MaggioOct 6, 20251.0I have not been to Pizza Hut in ages but T-mobile had a Tuesday special for a free personal pizza with an order of $10 or more so I decided to try it. After putting in a $25 order, more than double what was required for the deal, I was told by the young guy at the counter (who at first couldn’t even find my order) that the manager had decided not to honor the deal… WHAT?! So the low level store manager gets to decide if a corporate deal gets honored or not - that’s ridiculous. It’s like me deciding how much I am going to pay for the pizza after it’s made. But Pizza Hut won’t have to worry about it however because I plan to never go back. Don’t entice people to come in and then renege - worse than not offering the deal in the first place.
