After putting in a $25 order, more than double what was required for the deal, I was told by the young guy at the counter (who at first couldn’t even find my order) that the manager had decided not to honor the deal… WHAT?! So the low level store manager gets to decide if a corporate deal gets honored or not - that’s ridiculous. It’s like me deciding how much I am going to pay for the pizza after it’s made. But Pizza Hut won’t have to worry about it however because I plan to never go back. Don’t entice people to come in and then renege - worse than not offering the deal in the first place.

I know times have changed, and things are more costly. But the quality was so bad. There were hardly any toppings on the pizzas. Very skimpy. Even the construct of the pizza was pretty bad. Unfortunately, I have decided that I will have to remove Pizza Hut from my list of pizza places. So sad 🥺 to say.
