    First time ordering food from them and the food was delicious! When I got home with my order which was takeout, I noticed one of the items was missing. I called them to let them know and they were very apologetic. They offered a refund or asked if I wanted to come get the missing item. I opted to come get the missing item because I had paid cash. It was no big deal either way. When I got back to the restaurant, the gentleman who took my order apologized immediately, the owner/manager was there as well, and apologized. They also gave me a $10 off coupon for my next order! I definitely will be ordering from them again! This is what the world needs more of which is exceptional customer service and care for customers. Thank you Pho Dena!

    Craving PHO on Christmas Eve. And Pho Dena was the only one that was open in the area. Decided to give it a try and it was beyond my expectation! The mango salad was fresh and beautifully presented! Pho tasted so great and warming! I will come back!

    Last evening my daughter and niece were eating in your establishment and my niece found hair in her food which was truly unfortunate but further more how it was handled was truly unacceptable . To tell them not to come back was no way to handle that situation. Supporting your place in the past is the reason they were there in the first place. We all know accidents happened but how it was handled was not good at all. Until this happened we thought the restaurant was a nice place to visit. NEVER AGAIN!!!

    Finding hair in your food is unacceptable. Finding it in soup and telling us not to come back makes it worse. I was dining here with my cousin and midway through her bowl of pho she found hair in the soup. That immediately killed our appetite. They initially offered to take half off the meal, claiming she had eaten half already. Finding it “halfway through” does not make it acceptable. This is a liquid dish. You cannot see everything right away. A customer finding hair in their food is not an inconvenience to the restaurant. It is a sanitation failure. They then said they would comp it, but followed that by telling us not to come back again. That shows a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service. Mistakes happen but how you handle them is what matters and poor customer service is a choice. There was no sincere apology and unacceptable how they handled a food safety issue. This will gladly be the last time I go there and I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Immediately Disguised!!

    Finding hair in your food, especially soup is unacceptable. Being put out for it makes it works. My cousins were dining here and one of them discovered hair in her bowl of pho about halfway through the meal. With soup, you do not control when you encounter a foreign object. You find it when you find it. The idea that this should matter at all is absurd. The restaurant initially offered to remake the dish, but understandably, once you find hair in your food, your appetite is gone. They then offered to take only half off the meal, claiming she had eaten half already, as if contamination becomes acceptable after a certain number of bites. What made this experience truly unacceptable was the owner’s response. After saying they would comp the meal, he told the staff to tell them, “Please don’t come back again.” That statement alone shows a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service. A customer finding hair in their food is not an inconvenience to the restaurant. It is a sanitation failure. Telling paying customers not to return after an issue you caused is inappropriate and hostile. We have eaten here before and would have returned if this was handled in respectful and professional manner. Mistakes can happen. How you handle them is what matters. This was handled poorly at every step. I would not recommend this restaurant.
