I approached the counter and the woman just looked at me and said "go ahead". No smile, no hello, no pleasantries at all. It's gonna be a while, if I ever go back. The food is good but don't expect friendliness.

This time I came in ordered my food about 30 mins out arrived still wasn’t ready.. no problem. Finally after another 25 mins or so the food was ready. Okay… Get home open the dish and see that I was given more “bones” than chicken! Not much jerk either. Forget the customer service we just want the jerk chicken..

I arrived at 4:18 and made my way to the counter where she informed me that they didn’t have any festivals and that she told me over the phone?? I let her know that I did not speak to her or anyone else on the phone, so she must have me confused with someone else. She refunded me for the festivals and said give them 5 minutes for the large dark meat plate. Waited, and waited saw people come in after me and order and leave with their food. While I sat there and waited. At 4:48 I said I must be going crazy because why am I still here, I walked up to the counter again, only to be told my food still wasn’t ready but was coming out shortly. Within 2 minutes the lady came out the back with the food. An hour for jerk chicken is crazy. The customer service was subpar but the food was okay. If you go just show up 25 minutes after the estimated ready time because they are not organized whatsoever.

I ordered online. Expected ready time was 4:29. After speaking with the cashier I was told give us a few minutes it’s coming up. I must have waited about another 3 minutes before receiving my order. The music was amazing and helped to enjoy the wait. The food was delicious. I ordered large dark meat chicken.
