- ASAnias Saint-FleurJan 2, 20261.0I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Big Mac meal. I specifically requested that it be fresh, with no pickles and no middle bun. When I received my order, it was incorrect, so I went back and politely asked for it to be fixed. The replacement order was worse: it still had pickles, no lettuce, included the middle bun, the meat was extremely dry and hard as if it had been sitting out for a long time, and the lemonade tasted like water. To avoid causing further issues, I went back through the drive-thru and politely requested a refund. When I reached the window, the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. He looked at the burger, touched it with his bare hands, and stated with a dismissive attitude that it was “perfectly fine,” despite the issues I explained. I remained calm and non-confrontational throughout the interaction. As a manager, I believe the situation should have been handled much more professionally. I have never experienced customer service like this before. He then told me not to come back to the location again.
