I park at 8:55pm and through the windows I see chairs stacked upside down on top of tables, lights were mostly off, and they were sweeping up, clearly getting ready to clock out. The big light up “OPEN” sign to the left of the door was still lit up so I get out my car and walk closer. I see a big hours sign on the door and it says they close at 9pm seven days a week. I went on Google and checked the hours again just to confirm I wasn’t looking at the wrong location and it even says the hours listed on Google were “confirmed by business 5 days ago”. I clicked “suggest hours change” on the same page and submitted a very clear picture of the hours on the door so Google can update them. The change was almost immediately denied (Google emailed me to let me know). What’s the point in confirming the wrong hours to your potential customers? I would’ve left my house earlier had I known but I figured getting there a whole hour before closing time would be no problem. Instead I was left hungry, wasted gas, and wasted an hour of my time driving there/back. Not a good first look for the company. Edit: Just looked at their reviews and TWO WEEKS AGO someone had the SAME EXACT THING happen to them that happened to me. The owner commented on their review apologizing for the inconvenience stating they would update the information asap. Here we are two weeks + later and they haven’t changed anything. As a matter of fact they denied my suggested change when I tried to update the hours myself. I definitely won’t be back.
