- KAKaren AlukonisDec 4, 20251.0I stopped at this McDonald's on a trip. It was very slow and I was the only car in the parking lot. I ordered a small cheeseburger. That's all! Took over 7 minutes. When I asked for a refund because it was taking so long, a short woman with bright burgundy hair, shouted at me and said " it's coming! It's right here, they had to cook the meat you know!!!" Now, I know that with the burgers as thin as they are, it takes less than 4 minutes to cook! I watched as no one was at the grill and people were just standing there making boxes! If you want food, stay away from here unless you have plenty of time to waste! (And I know how long to cook the burgers because I have three children who worked there!!) I would give the food and service zero stars if I could!

They didn't have unsweetened tea. They only had 4 soda types. And they use paper straws that can barely handle getting punched through the straw hole in the lid. The changing tables were installed very low, and they angled down so that the kid would roll off. There was also poop on the toilet. The food was fine - standard McD fare. The employees were ok. But there was an of duty employee (not dressed in the uniform) who just wandered back into the service area (11/25/2025 at around 12:30pm) to get himself and a friend free drinks.
- JEJames EvansNov 23, 20254.0Not a bad McDonald's. The was the closest McDonald's to Eastern Pennsylvania which had the McRib, so I made a special stop on my way to Western PA when on I-68. I ordered online for table delivery and they were pretty quick. The french fries were nice and hot and the McRib was well made with enough sauce.
