- SSSean SmithNov 8, 20252.0Ordered pizza at 9 in the morning online to be ready for pick up at 6pm. The system didnt work and it wasn’t made when I got there. It was in there but the system didn’t “send it” so they could know to make it. Got a full refund which I’ll take but a better business would also give a gift card. Plus there were people waiting for a hour for their pizzas. Thankfully another pizza place got me my full order of pizza and other items in 15 minutes. Pizza Hut needs to fix their online ordering immediately, be faster, and do better customer service. When stuff like this happens a refund is nice and good but the best businesses who deserve your money also give a gift card for the incredibly inconvenience to you and your family. Especially because I did everything right. Ordering hours in advance. Again thanks for the refund but give a gift card to also make up for your mistake.
