Today i had a very bad experience with the food. It was cold, tasteless, and poorly prepared. When I asked the lady what had happened to my food, she did not explain anything and went inside. On Monday during lunchtime, when I placed my order, an old man became angry and behaved rudely with me. This was a complete waste of money.

I ordered a pizza and went to pick it up, but the girl at the register gave me the wrong pizza. When I informed her about the mistake, she told me to wait another 15 minutes while they made a new one. There was no proper apology, and the whole experience was very frustrating. The customer service was very disappointing. The staff member in charge (Sam) was mostly busy talking on the phone instead of paying attention to my order, which caused a delay and I did not receive my food on time. The quality of the food was also not good, and the behavior toward me was unprofessional. I am very dissatisfied with this experience. Later, the restaurant offered to refund my money. I hope they will treat customers more responsibly and respectfully in the future.
