- MWMichael WollanNov 21, 20251.0This mcdonalds is by far the WORST ive ever been to, and consistently messes things up. I used to love coming here, but as time goes on theyve gotten worse and worse. They forget sauces, straws, or even entire items from the order regularly. Was just there and ordered fries and actually got served in under a minute. I reached into my bag, and my fries arent even warm. Theyre cold and hard. Another time I ordered a mccrispy, and i can't eat pickles, so i ordered without. They put pickles on it, so I asked for a new one, and they walked away, and handed the same sandwich back, with pickles STILL on it. A few weeks ago i went, and waited 45 minuites for my 10 piece meal, and staff didnt ask me once what i waited on, despite making eye contact with me multiple times over the course of the time. Its problems every single time. The store is disorganized, customers are always in the lobby asking each other if theyve been served yet or whos turn it is, and through my long wait times, ive seen customers wait at the register for nearly 10 minutes before getting their order taken. Its unacceptable and the staff does not care.
