It’s not at all inviting at night. So much so that I find myself going to other grocery stores even though this is closest to my home. I can’t be the only person that feels this way. It was probably around seven at night, and I saw an elderly couple waiting for a manager to help get a refund. An employee working at self-checkout called for a manager (Tobi,) and the first thing the individual did was GENUINELY call the employee a slur. In fact, he didn't TRY to disguise the fact that he was weirdly pissed off, and proceeded to act weirdly passive aggressive with the couple, who seemed to be in awe. FIRE HIM.
