- MMMariAug 10, 20254.0We are not from MD (from PA) but on the way back after a flight into BWI Airport we wanted a dine in Pizza Hut which is very hard to find in these times. The older guy who took our order was very friendly and helpful. We went and got a booth and waited maybe 15-20 min. He was very nice to bring to our table. There were no issues with the pizza. However, the tables were all dirty, the bathrooms and bathroom doors/walls were noticeably covered in dirt and looks like they have not been wiped down for years. People don't realize how important it is to keep these old franchise restaurants open. Managers please take pride in your stores!!! We want to dine in not just order and pick up. Other than that, we enjoyed our dine in as a family.

We visited after seeing an offer clearly advertised on their website, but when we asked the cashier aboutwhy she is not including in the bill she responded very rudely and dismissively. Instead of helping or clarifying, she canceled the order and we were left waiting unnecessarily long for the refund to be processed. Her tone and attitude were completely unprofessional and arrogant, especially for someone in customer service. We expect better from a global brand like Pizza Hut. If you’re going to advertise offers online, please make sure your staff is trained to honor them and treat customers with basic courtesy
