The shopping centers Safeways are in always end up being run down... this being one of them and its not that old.... Safeways bottom line is profit.... not quality of safety as the name would imply.

I’ve been ordering groceries using the Safeway app for almost a year and I’ve never had any issues until now! The last 4 orders I’ve placed something has gone wrong either missing items, damaged items, getting items I did not order or things being substituted without my approval. But worst of all is getting expired food, I was given lunch meat that expired in October! Safeway what has happened with your drive up ordering.

Great supermarket. I've shopped there for 27 years. The only thing that I would change is asking them not to be moving things around every year, and to improve the produce section. Sometimes there are not enough plastic bags.

Nice store, well stocked but… My issue today was that the checking staff was terrible- very uninterested in their job. The checker seemed like he was high. He bagged our groceries terribly. For example, he packed our bag too heavy and too full. Put chemical merchandise with fresh food, and placed ice cream on top of our rotisserie chicken which was the very bottom of the bag. It’s not that hard!
