I asked the gentleman (James) if he was open because I had more than 15 items. He huffed and puffed upset that I asked him. I quickly said if you want I can go to self checkout. Again I only asked cause I had more than 15 items. I understand we all have bad days but that is not the correct way to treat customers. He was very rude and dismissive. It was not late at night. It was between 5-6pm. If this is the way he treats people maybe this isn’t the right job for him.
