It didn't seem to particularly busy and they sat us immediately. No one greeted us for roughly 15mns. Then they came to greet/take orders. My wife had some minor modifications to her ramen (no bamboo, no mushroom, no sprouts) but we could see the lady entering something and she asked my wife twice about them. When the food came out nearly an hour after we sat down (even saw a lady who sat about 15mns after us get her meal first). My wife's ramen was clearly sitting a while as it was warm not hot, had all the modifications still in the dish, because it was sitting the noodles were soggy and there was barely any broth left. My sashimi was room temperature at best. No one came to ask us how things were. Will not be back, do not recommend. As someone for mentioned, you'd have a better time at Panda Express.

We were lucky enough to try some of their special fish flown in from Japan, and the flavor was unreal—so fresh, clean, and delicate. The torched salmon melted in my mouth, and the oysters were outstanding. You can really tell they care about quality here. The atmosphere is cozy, the service is thoughtful, and the food speaks for itself. We can’t wait to come back.
