I want my money back ASAP. this is just poor service all around. if you're closed let people know. I cant find the button to leave zero stars.

- KAKayla AiyanaOct 1, 20251.0I called Aroma in the morning to make sure they were open, and they confirmed that they were. Later that evening, I went there with my friends to celebrate my birthday. When we walked in, I noticed some birthday balloons, but I didn’t think much of it at first. I asked the hostess if we could be seated, but she just looked at us, confused. I then asked if there was a party going on, and she said yes. I asked again about seating, and she told us they were only offering outdoor seating. Since it was a little chilly, I asked my friends if they were okay with sitting outside or at least grabbing some drinks. Everyone agreed, but then she told us they weren’t serving drinks at that time. So I said, “Okay, we’ll just eat,” and asked if we could be seated outside. She looked at us like she didn’t even want to bother, At that point, I decided to leave. If the restaurant was focused on hosting a private birthday party, they should’ve either shut down for the night or clearly communicated that they wouldn’t be serving regular customers. The lack of communication and the way we were treated was really disappointing…especially on my birthday!
