  I visited this location October 5, 2025 at approximately 13:20 and had difficulty using kiosk and decided to go to the placed my order manually at the counte with a male cashie due to the app not being able to capture my app selection. He was very kind and patient as he also experienced the same challenges I had at kiosk. The cashier invited me to come around the counter to assist with visualization of an item that was difficult to locate. As we we're viewing the selections from his cashier's monitor, a disgruntled and very threatening female employee came and stated " you cannot be back here, even though the male cashier and I stated that I was invited and did not just walk back there. The female employee began to become irrational and very aggressive towards me and got in my face! She was so close that she almost physically made contact with my body. At that point I stated for her to back up and she continued with her aggression. I was very afraid at that point that I was going to have to physically defend myself before the manager approached and the female employee finally walked away upon the managers intervention and verbally threatened me again. This behavior was unnecessary, inappropriate, and unbecoming of an employee that is supposed to be a happy peaceful environment. I'm also glad that I didn't have to defend myself physically by knocking her out and possibly be arrested.

  I usually don't even eat McDonald's however my husband and I were on a road trip and it was the only thing available. I ordered $15 worth of food and they had a nerve to tell me that I needed to pay $.10 for a bag or I would have had to carry my food to the car🤦🏾‍♀️ That's highway robbery‼️Never again

  Friday 9/26 - 5:30pm When placing my order & paying it’s always great service BUT receiving the food is always with an attitude. I had an altercation with the woman handing the food before & I always smile & go with whatever they have me do such as park. This time she wanted me to park at number 3 the customer was blocking 1&3 being parked at #2 there was a car in front I explained I couldn’t back up since there was cars ahead proceeded to look at me & said well I don’t have your food ready so I moved I don’t want any problems to a point that she may do something to my food since this is my local restaurant. The first time was about missing my large fries she couldn’t hear me but I talked louder so she could understand which she still couldn’t. The manager thought I said I wanted free food when I clearly was only missing what I had ordered or so I thought. But just the way she says things makes me feel like I’m not a valuable customer her customer service should improve & maybe even take some classes.
