Like some have mentioned, food and clothing are available at no charge, but in order to obtain help you first need to contact the Bishop of your local Latter-day Saint congregation, and this applies to both members and non-members of the church. The Bishop is the pastor of the congregation, called a Ward. They will interview you and fill out all paperwork so that you can pick up food and clothing at the Bishop's Storehouse during operating hours.

This is a great place to help those who are in need of food and clothing! It is run by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and has volunteers to help donate food and clothing to those who are in need. If you are interested in receiving help, then you should reach out to an LDS church building and find the local Bishop.
