  As a customer, the customer service at this place is dreadful. Use the automated ordering stations and behave like a robot and all will be okay. If you must interact with staff, you must treat them like abandoned wildlife - they will be feral. As a delivery driver, the staff here are beyond rude. They often roll their eyes and scoff when I mention I'm here to pick up an order. The delivery instructions state to use the drive through but you will be yelled at if you do. It's been over 3 years and they refuse to change their pickup instructions. When inside, the staff will scream at you if you go to the "McDelivery" counter. When you try to go to the regular pickup counter, good luck trying to get a staff members attention.

  Went through the drive-thru tonight and it was fairly busy for 11 pm-I only ordered nuggets and a poutine Waited in drive-thru for 15 min to pay, then they asked me to park, which I did. 20 min later I was done waiting and went inside to see what was going on. It seemed busy yet I saw a manager just standing there leaning against a wall not helping, kitchen a mess and the guy on the nuggets station on his phone. I used to work here, that never would have flown then-everyone is supposed to do their job. It seemed like they'd forgotten about my order, and the kind employee running orders out to parked cars told them to make my nuggets asap-she seemed to be the only one working hard. THEN, I was told they were out of gravy for poutine but refused to make more...??? She said she wasn't "allowed to make more,"?? Very weird. Why take my order if you were out of it? I was offered a refund which I accepted. When I got home, I had been given the wrong nugget sauce too. Please work on accuracy, efficiency & speed. As a former employee, I get you delete orders on your screen to help your "system times," but please improve how much time customers have to wait in their parked vehicles. It's not ok to delete orders on your screen, meanwhile in reality your order times suck, plus this causes customers orders to be forgotten. I don't know how long it would have been had I not come inside. Idk why I keep coming back

  Seven of us at supper time on a Friday night. Yes it took a bit longer to get our food but it could have taken a lot longer. But it did not. They had a lot of staff feeding the hungry crowd. Enough staff on hand is not what you see a lot of anymore but they did here. Impressive! Everyone’s fries were a bit underdone….timer needed adjustment. My BLT quarter pounder was the best one I have ever had at any McDonalds! It not only almost looked like the picture but it tasted so good. Had an ice cream cone for dessert and it was very good also. So often McDonald’s ice creams are grainy and watery, but this one was smooth and tasty. Well done Steinbach staff/management!

  The fact that this restaurant hasn't been boycotted despite being the only fast food restaurant without free refills in this town is crazy. The biggest restaurant in the world yet cant afford to give its customers free refills

  Well I am so disappointed in the service and all for a medium vanilla chai frappé. I went to the auto fill machine as it’s a simple order and easy to pay. I asked for extra whip cream you’d think simple right? Wrong! I was given a medium with whip cream and chocolate drizzle (my receipt confirmed my order was only with the drink and no chocolate) I mean I’ve worked at fast food restaurants it’s not rocket science to confirm what you are making for the customer. However when I requested that they remake it without the chocolate I was given a beautiful eye roll and a huff and puff over having to do so but when handed back it was given with the same cup that had the chocolate still in it ?? Are you kidding me ?? So now it’s been made twice. I also decided I would sit inside for a moment to meet someone quickly only to find the only available seats are by the washroom with caution tape on 3 tables and the other side with sticky spilled pop all over the other three. So I opted out for sitting in but wow not impressed.
