  They always get my order right. The staff is professional and friendly. The food tastes exactly like McDonald's should—consistently well-cooked and up to the chain's standard (not comparing to other restaurants). 5/5 stars for reliably delivering what McDonald's does best.

  Today I I ordered 25 Happy Meals for an event I was having. I did the order through the mobile app app for curb side pick up. Once I checked in to say I had arrived a worker came out to say unfortunately they had no Halloween buckets. I was very upset because this is why we ordered McDonald’s. We had talked about the buckets/McDonalds lunch with a bunch of preschoolers. To hear they did not have any was disappointing. I went into the restaurant and spoke to the manager her name was Gengli Galicia. She was very understanding and apologized many times. I just want to say thank you to her because 1 the order was completed with out any mistakes, great team you lead. 2nd she got on the phone with her supervisor and they sent a worker to a different McDonalds that had the buckets. They then delivered them to me personally. Throughout the process they remained professional and friendly. Thank you for your daily work in an industry that sometimes is not appreciated. Please know you made 27 children happy!

  It was terrible. I waited 45 minutes for my order. I ordered a small order of just three items. I ordered at 6:43 PM and receive it 7:28 PM. It turned out they forgot to put bacon and extra cheese on the $8.19 burger and put very little lettuce. I returned the order and asked for a refund. The staff was poor, slow, and lazy. The entire floor where they were cooking was dirty, and they were literally walking on scattered trash. Terrible. This kind of service is common in third-world countries, but here...

  Usually have an OK experience here whenever I come which isn’t often, but the workers are nice. Service can be slow and food is not always made right, but they will remake it for you. Today I ordered 2 mcchickens, the first one seemed fine but when I took a couple of bites from the second, each bite I felt like I was biting bones. After letting them dry, I can absolutely confirm it is. I don’t wanna risk finishing the rest of the food, I bet there’s more in there.
