    I had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience at Mawa House on [10/27/2025], between 8:00–10:00 PM. A staff member was extremely rude when I provided honest feedback about the food quality, which appeared to be reheated. Instead of addressing the concern respectfully, he responded arrogantly, saying things like “I eat this, why don’t you?” and eventually told customers to “get lost.” Such behavior is unacceptable in any food establishment. It reflects poorly on the business and shows a complete lack of training and customer respect. I have video evidence of the entire incident and have chosen not to post it publicly out of consideration for the individual involved. However, I expect the management to take this matter seriously. I request that the manager personally respond to this review or email me directly so I can share the video evidence for internal investigation and appropriate action. If this issue is ignored, I will be left with no choice but to escalate it further to the relevant authorities.

    Good place for a quick Indian snack. They have chaats, pavs, Kathi rolls, parathas, samosas and pastries. They have a fresh bakery where you can pre order bakery items. They have a good amount of cake selection as well. The parking is available without an issue. If it’s not too busy the service is fast. You can dine in or take out.
