Very rude service!!
I was at the drive-thru attempting to redeem reward points using the McDonald’s app. The employee asked for my mobile app code multiple times, and then began saying something I could not understand. I politely explained that I was having difficulty understanding her due to her strong accent.
At that point, another employee came on the microphone and began yelling at me. During this interaction, I noticed I was being charged for items I did not order. I calmly tried to explain that the items showing on the screen were incorrect, but the employee continued yelling and repeatedly told me to pull up to the window.
Due to the unprofessional behavior and frustration with the situation, I chose to drive away and did not complete my order. This experience was very disappointing and not consistent with the level of customer service I expect from McDonald’s.

Puts the lady that barely speaks English on taking orders. Go to Agawam McDonald's way better!
