This is our 5th day in a row ordering through Uber Eats because we just can’t get enough. Unfortunately, today our delivery driver stole the food. Normally when something like this happens, most places just say “call Uber,” but when I called and spoke with Zack, he immediately took care of it and remade the order without hesitation. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and understanding. That kind of customer service means so much. Thank you, Honeygrow, and thank you Zack for going above and beyond!
