- SBSanzabar BorpusMar 9, 20261.0I was at the self checkout today and a female employee comes up to the terminal and without asking, tells me she's going to fill out the survey for me, selects a bunch of options and then selects a 10 out of 10 rating and hits submit. That is forging false reviews of the store by using me as a customer self checking out to give a rating I didn't give myself. If I had to give my shopping experience a rating today it would be 1 out of 10 and the reason being that was rude and impolite and that Shaw's has an employee giving false survey answers to improve the store's rating illegitimately. I asked the employee why she just did that and she told me couldn't give me a legitimate answer other than the store needs surveys submitted. I then asked to speak with her manager and her manager didn't seem to see any issue with this even after explaining I didn't want to take a survey, and if I were to take one whatever answers she submitted weren't likely my own, and that she's falsifying these surveys and giving false information by using customers at the self checkout lane who weren't taking a survey. This is just wrong and unethical and Shaw's has an employee who's submitting false survey answers to try to give themselves points or make the store seem like it has a higher rating than it might have. My experience at Shaw's has been 5 out of 5 stars for years until today. That was rude and so unprofessional of that employee and I hope I don't experience this coming to Shaw's again.

I wanted KAYEM BEEF HOT DOGS advertised on sale, again shelf was empty. OLD EL PASO taco shells, empty shelf, ravioli, empty shelf. When these items are on sale, shelves should be looked at all through the day and filled if empty. This is happening EVERY SINGLE WEEK.
