I placed an order through the Shaws app. I was told that many items were unavailable. Through the chat with the shopper, I tried to ask for substitutions, I did not receive a response other than “I’ll check.” The shopper never told me that the certain item that he/she checked was unavailable. I can completely understand if they were truly unavailable. However, I decided to go into the store (which I was trying to avoid with my young baby) because a lot of the items were needed, and I in fact found those items. I spoke to two associates and never received a response as to why I was told that these items were unavailable when I found them myself. My concerns were just brushed aside like nothing happened. Can we also train on professionalism? The conversations that were being had between the associates was very unprofessional.

Horrible service, horrible old expired food. Walmart has a better selection of veggies and fruits that aren’t rotting in a bin. She’s in Randolph is hands down the worst supermarket I’ve ever shopped at. Expired ice cream … just don’t buy anything without checking the date. Sad but true. I don’t know who’s managing this place but utter failure. I hope nobody else gets sick …. After readying everyone’s else experience, I’m going to call the board of health.
