Shrimp on a Barbie was delicious!! The bread given prior to the food being handed out was weird though.

I am writing this review with a mix of disbelief and anger. My recent visit to the Outback Steakhouse in Randolph was, without a single ounce of exaggeration, the worst customer service experience I have ever endured. I would give zero stars if I could. From the moment i was seated, there was a palpable sense of being an inconvenience. But the true, jaw-dropping highlight of the evening was my server. Let's start with the **unforgivable rush.** I was in the middle of cutting my steak—fork and knife in hand—when my server appeared tableside. I assumed she was coming to check if everything was okay. Instead, she slapped the bill on the table and demanded, "Whenever you're ready." I hadn't even taken three bites, and my cocktail was still half-full. She literally tried to rush me out the door while I was actively eating my dinner. I have never, ever been made to feel so unwelcome and like a burden in a restaurant. The reason for this is unclear, but the feeling of being singled out was obvious and deeply uncomfortable. The incompetence didn't stop there. I ordered a double Patrón with a bottle of Pellegrino and a glass of ice. She brought the drink and the water bottle, but no glass. Thinking I was being helpful, I politely said, "Excuse me, I think you might have forgotten the glass of ice?" Her response? She looked me dead in the eye, held up her two hands, and snarked, **"I only have two hands,"** before walking away. I was absolutely stunned. Is this the level of professionalism Outback trains its staff to uphold? She returned minutes later not with a highball or rocks glass, but with a small wine glass, as if to add one final, mocking touch to the ordeal. The entire meal was conducted under her stormy, impatient demeanor. We felt like we were a massive problem she had to deal with, not paying guests. The most frustrating part of all of this? Despite the blatant disrespect, the rushing, the sarcasm, and the overall hostile environment, I still tipped her 30%. I don't know why I did it—perhaps a force of habit, or maybe just to take the high road. But I regret it. She earned every penny of $0. I will NEVER be back. Not for a Bloomin' Onion, not for a drink, not for anything. Save your money and your dignity. Go to LongHorn or Texas Roadhouse, where they might actually treat you like a human being. This location is an absolute disgrace to the Outback name. And i will be contacting the BBB.
