    I get there and there is basically nothing in stock. No water, ice cream, complete meals, things like that. Once I eat my food, my fries were cold and they tasted like they put it in the microwave after taking it out of the freezer nuggets were the same thing. They tossed it in there like they were playing a game

    Usually decent experience but definitely not today. My kids will eat a plain cheese burger with no onions and pickles...instead we get 1 with extra onions and pickles and the other with extra mustard and no cheese. Definitely not coming back.

    I was at this location today (Monday 10/20/25) at 4am at the drive thru. They never took our orders. We waited 5 minutes and drove off. Lights are on, people are inside, but nobody is taking orders. I saw 3 cars ahead of me wait and leave without getting their orders taken. Very disappointing. Don't waste your time stopping at this location. You're better off going to the one in Stoughton a few minutes away.

    The people at this place really have serious attitude, What’s worst is they even talk about you in their native language because they know you don’t understand. If you planing to order with a crew member or trying to pay with cash just expect to stand there waiting at the register for around 5mins. They see you but pretend you don’t exist till they feel like coming over. Ordered on the kiosk but want to pay with cash and I was standing there waiting for over 5 mins and all the employees see there’s a line of 5 people but ignored everyone. When they do finally come for me to pay they give a negative vibe like people in line was a inconvenience.
