I called Shaw’s three different times to ask a simple question about the MoneyGram service they advertise. The first two times, the customer service desk employee hung up on me. On my third call, she refused to answer my question at all. This is unacceptable and extremely disappointing. If a store offers a service, customers should be able to get clear and respectful information about it. Instead, I was met with rudeness and disregard. Very poor experience.

To begin my visit, I asked someone for help with the motorized cart. She seemed to not know what was going on, and where they were stored. However, I realize they were not far behind her. While shopping, everything was great. Easy to find prices were clear and the layout was fantastic. Upon checkout, I was greeted by two people, the cashier in the bagger. The bagger seemed cold and uncaring. When I asked a question, she was standoffish. The cashier however, was much more cooperative and talkative in order to help me when things weren’t ringing up properly. A lot of the prices were wrong and did not ring up with the sale price. I entered my number for the rewards and the number was wrong. The cashier stated once I entered the number it was too late or she would have to redo everything. Well, I knew that wasn’t gonna happen. She did not offer. I asked. I did not receive an answer. Upon leaving, I was looking for the customer service because my phone number had obviously changed. Once I found someone in customer service,( I had to call the phone line in order to find someone) to have someone assist me. Once she came out from behind the door, she said she knew nothing about it and could not help me with the rewards or the app or anything regarding my phone number. She stated I could delete the app, which I have done, to no avail. After that, there was nothing she could do. I just don’t understand why people cannot be more helpful if they are managers or Customer Service managers? Where our basic customer needs tended to? It seems as though this shows did not want to be “Service”.

Friendly workers, and never any lines when i go. Clean with fresh products. A bit more pricey than it's competitors but still worth it.

Rude cashiers never want to help me out. Some are ok but most everyone here avoids any interaction possible

Today Rick the manager went above and beyond to help a home bound senior in her home get her groceries delivered. DoorDash never delivered the order even though it said delivered. He personally put the order together and delivered it to her house himself in a 20 minute window. Thank you Rick for your help today . It was appreciated more than you will ever know
