    That tall girl as a host was so mean to us. We came to order for to go and she gave the bitchy face, attitude with us when we took time to order and almost yelled at us when we asked questions. That was so rude and unprofessional

    I usually go to Lowell to have Pho but decided to come here instead since it was closer to me and boy did I regret it. First off the soup was small for $16 and it didn’t come with any of the usual fixings like bean sprouts basil or limes. When I asked for the fixings I was told they were out of bean sprouts. Huh ????? How does a restaurant called Pho city not have bean sprouts ? I was also charged $4 extra for “flank” when the soup I ordered was a “steak and flank” soup. When we asked they were quick to void the extra $4 but the whole experience just didn’t make sense to me. If you’re craving some Pho just do yourself the favor and drive to Lowell. Not worth the price or the customer service here.

    It was a shame bringing my mom back when she came to visit from out of state. Not too sure what changed from the last time I brought her last yr. I had to go up and get the waitress from the host area where she was eating ice cream to ask for my kids drinks, had to wave down a waiter when she wouldn’t check on us to let them know they forgot our spring rolls, had to go get her again to let her know they were the wrong kind. Now after reviewing the menu and looking over pricing, she charged us double for the spring rolls we ordered. We were in such a rush to leave because we were there so long waiting for the waitress. My mom and child took a nap at the table. We will not be returning. Portion size of peanut sauce has also been minimized bc of the serving plate they came on. Table of 5 and they didn’t bring plates.
