The one eno is a little bigger in stature, with curly hair. had gloves on and was busy in the kitchen. The plastic bakery bags are very difficult to open. I said excuse me twice, very loud. I asked if she could open the bag for me. She had a smirk on her face and shook her head no. She laughed at me, directly looking at me. The other girl came and opened it. All she has to say was let me get my co worker. I will gladly pay more and shop at stop and shop over Shaw's. That woman made me feel like a piece of crap. I felt like bursting into tears right there. Please retrain her on customer service and remind her that laughing at customers is NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
