Well, most of the time you go there you have to use the machine to order your food that count out of employees, but the price still continues to go up the size of a big Mac has gotten lot smaller since I was younger and the prices went up about 10 times since then there’s more cockroaches in your store that I’ve ever seen before and the restroom smells like pee and most of the time there’s poop in the toilet it’s disgusting

Stood at the counter waiting for someone to take my order while employees ignored me. When someone finally took my order she had a big attitude. Then proceeded to talk about me in Spanish like I didn't know what she was saying. This store sucks.

They never seem to get my orders right. Whether I order it online or at the in store kiosk. The person who is preparing the order needs to pay more attention to the order slips.

Very uninviting, all machines. Slow, the higher ups treat the employees like dirt forcing them to rush around like crazy to serve crappy people in a crappy atmosphere It's not inviting to sit in at all huge awkward long table in front which is so weird right in front of the weird kiosk that they force you to use.

I ordered 2 Bigmac meals with large fry and large drinks. I ordered because I wanted to get the monopoly pieces. This is the second time monopoly pieces were missing from my order. Both large drinks did not include monopoly pieces. On top of that, the meals were very sloppily assembled. The big Mac was sliding apart as I was trying to eat it. I went to grab napkins from the bag and there were no napkins either. Thank you mcdonalds for the horrible service. I will most definitely be going to the other mcdonalds in town in hopes that they don't have this issue.
P.s. the first time I ordered and didnt get a monopoly piece I had ordered the quarter pounder and they didnt even have the boxes with the stickers. They had plain regular boxes and when I informed them of the issue of the missing pieces was told by the manager that there was nothing they could do. I had asked another worker if I could just get the big Mac boxes with the stickers so I would atleast have the missing pieces and the manager got upset and told me this time he would give it to me but next time he wont. On the app it clearly states what product come with monopoly pieces and this store does not seem to be stocked for it.
