This McDonald's is a small it just was recently redone and remodeled. It's busy cuz it's in Hyannis. They do a decent job on food accuracy and have the double drove thru lane. The problem is the corporation itself. It's not like they have newer and better stuff it's same old and the price is have skyrocketed. It's ridiculous. It's as much as going to a pizza place now

I saw a wrapper with name Snack Wrap in the bag, took a look at it and it had big sticker on it that said ‘Sausage’. What wd you do? I turned around to exchange it. I didn’t understand their explanation, but turns out they used any handy sticker to keep the wrapper from unraveling. Any sticker and why didn’t I agree it was a great idea? I can only blame poor training and poor management and not the worker who, to me, was trying her best. I got my money back and left.
