They claimed not to have gotten the order, and then when we showed evidence of us ordering for today at this time and place, they claimed we never placed the order correctly or that we had the wrong location. I've never met such nasty people or customer service. They wouldn't give us our money back or even just make our order on the spot. So we never got our drinks or food and they won't give us a refund. So, we have no product or no money. DD took our money and refused to give us or stuff. I'm pretty sure that's called theft.
