    Had a great experience yesterday. Ran in to grab my Mom, who I was visiting, Tillamook ice cream which was on sale. I asked an associate if I could use my Star market app which is where I shop. She took the time to call her store manager and was told we couldn't would need the Shaw's app. She then told me don't worry she would honor the sale price and proceeded to walk me over to a customer service associate. She brought me to a closed register run up the sale price and l got the ice cream for Mom. Both associates could not have been any more helpful or nice. They went above and beyond for such a minor thing. Fabulous experience!

    And this is being nice. I ordered a pound of Filet Mignon. Nasty. It was rancid. $32.00. ordered through uber eats, but it's definitely Shaws. To think this store is about to replace Hannaford scares me. Get your act together! They should call the board of health on you. We do not want you in Marlboro.You shouldn't be selling expired food or stay in business!!

    Ran in for a quick bite before apple picking. Ok selection on hot food. 3 different types of chicken reg fries and onion rings tots. Deli right next to it pasta and potato salad was fresh. Had a nice selection on discounted meats.

    I wish to express concerns regarding my recent experience at your store. Please understand that my intention is not to be confrontational, and I would not have left this comment if the matter were unrelated to food service. During a visit this weekend, I observed that at least two employees exhibited severe body odor, which was noticeable from a distance of approximately 15 to 20 feet and was quite disturbing. Given that these employees are involved in handling food, this raises serious hygiene concerns. It appears that the staff may not be maintaining appropriate personal hygiene standards, such as regular bathing and handwashing, particularly after using the restroom. Such practices pose risks to food safety and customer health, and they significantly diminish the shopping experience. I strongly urge management to address this issue promptly by implementing appropriate hygiene protocols and ensuring staff compliance. Failure to do so may negatively impact customer confidence and satisfaction with your establishment.
