Everything looks out of this world and the second you take a bite you’re immediately disappointed. Donuts are not fresh, everything is cold, lacking taste. I got a pumpkin cronut at 8am right when they opened and the pumpkin filling tasted like plain canned filling and it was FREEZING cold. Not just “not warm” type of cold, like out of the fridge type of cold. today I got a strawberry short cake donut at 9am. The donut is old, cold, not fresh, the taste is awful, the whipped cream is TASTELESS it tastes like plain milk. Like it’s baffling. Please do better. So much potential wasted.

They were both chockfull of linguica, something most places scrimp on. The Sao Jorge roll in particular was simply massive! I’ll definitely be ordering both again. I look forward to trying their other menu items in the near future.

I ordered a "Frozen" coffee and they showed up with a melted warm coffee. I asked her to return it because they are literally around the corner from my work (that I cannot leave at the moment). They just gave her the SAME coffee back... WOW. Customer service today sucked.
