    I placed and order for two plain cheese burgers all I got was two buns with cheese and ketchup so when I placed the same order again same thing happened two buns with cheese I keeped calling the McDonald’s I couldn’t even finish my first sentence when I got hung up on this happed several times now when I try to call it don’t even go to voice mail I think they shut off the phone this happened through Uber and I can even go to the store to complain becouse I’m disable and can’t drive

    Went through drive through. They can NEVER get orders right no matter how many times you repeat it back. Why is taking someone's order so hard? This was a non existent problem 10- 20 yrs ago. 🙄

    Worst restaurant ever. They are terribly slow and food is cold. That's if they get your food correctly or at all. You have better luck ordering from a different location and picking it up. And if you try to talk to someone there it like talking to the wall. But they just typically ignore you while they talk amongst themselves. This is the first bad review I've ever given a place. That's how bad it is.

    Got a milk shake from place did not give shake. stayed at place to get one. Charged me total without shake. Also messes up orders I make.

    9am… kid at the second window looking like he just got high in the parking lot, tells me to pull up because my order isn’t ready (I got a sausage biscuit and a hashbrown) mind you he’s in a hoodie that’s not McDonald’s and has AirPods in. Proceeds to serve 5 more customers and I wait a good 8 minutes. Had to back up to the window and explain my order to the woman that was working because he couldn’t hear me. What is happening in food services? Not to mention how many times this kid touches his phone without gloves and touches your food. Disgusting.
