I order from Uber eats and they send me a EMPTY BAG!!!!! I try to call the restaurant and no one answers, I been trying to call for 10 minutes, worst experience ever the worst McDonald's ever.

One of the worst McDonald's ever. They can't speak or understand English. They r never hiring but everytime you go there it's someone new who can't understand anything. I get the same thing all the time they repeat the order and still get it wrong. I pay my money to get what I want not what they choose to give me.

Was full when I got in. I kindly showed my order to the employer and they didnt respond. The 5 min later I showed the manager and she didnt say anything. The whole line that was there got their order before me including incoming door dasheres.
I asked about my order 2x and no one acknowledged me. Gave me my order w.o. saying sorry for the wait.
Employers and managers are very rude specifically to black customers and in a predominantly black residential area this isnt acceptable.
All it takes is acknowledgement and accountability and you get neither here.
