    The worse burger I've had from any McDonald's I've ever eaten. They absolutely butchered my order, I clarified in a polite, clear manner roughly 4-5 times, just so my order couldn't be mistaken, but got a 4 singles, in stead of 4 doubles quarter pounders(I even pointed to the right one in the menu right between us, and he saw where I pointed), cheese when I clarified no cheese, and a pitiful 3 pickles, and an equivalent amount of onions and lettuce. Even though I was clear about the extra, extra for said toppings. Sadly I had no time to correct the order as a truck driver on a strict time limit. I'd rather fast the full day, than muzzle down that burger again. And worst of all, the price was the amount of a normal double quarter pounder at any other place, but only got singles. Though, credit where it's due, they were quick to give the burgers, and they had great seating area nearby. Didn't get to try it, but would have rather tried that pizza place right next to them.

    It was a terrible experience we have had with McDonald. We are on the road and stop there to buy some iced coffee On Sept 11, 2025. We bought the first one at $3.63 in total over the counter and the staff looked like didn't know how to work it right. She asked me to pay at one machine via my credit card and then took a while said it was not responding, further asked me to pay again with another machine. I followed what she said and eventually got a cup to fill iced coffee on other counter (self service). Couple minutes later, I went back and bought second iced coffee at $3.63 as well. Thus, I had two receipts with me both charged $3.63 each. After the trip on Sept 16, I checked my online card statement and found McDonald charged me three times at an amount of $3.63! I only bought twice iced coffee! I contacted my credit card company and was advised to contact the merchant is faster to get back the refund. I then called the number on the receipt of that McDonald location, the telephone was keeping in busy tone. I further found a way to contact with McDonald customer service over Internet and told them this story. From Sept 16 to 18, I got emails from four different customer service staff contacted me and asked me to submit receipts, App email address (I didn't use App) and purchase proof (that is same as receipt...just duplicated request). So far, I was told that from their last email: ".....In regard to your request for a refund, this must come directly from the restaurant location in which the order was purchased. We have advised the restaurant location of your request for a refund and the issues experienced on your visit ...." Well, I don't know that location get it and how long my $3.63 will be refunded back to my card. It was $3.63 only why took so long? Just feel frustrating..........
