Every time we’ve gone to this location we’ve had issues. The most frequent issue is missing food. We’ve never had an entire order met. However you break it down, that’s theft. Particularly the nuggets. The amount of nuggets we haven’t received is probably around $80 worth of nuggets. If you have a small order, you’ll most likely come out unscathed. Anything for more than two people - cross your fingers Once I had placed an online order for pickup through the drive thru. We get there, and are told that they’ll have to remove all the drink orders because they have no large cups. I asked if we could just get medium instead. The cashier asks us to hold so she can ask her manager. She gets back, and says that she can’t do that. Ok. Can we at least have our food, and just get our money back for the drinks. She leaves again to ask her manager. She comes back to say that her computer is not working, so the entire order is cancelled. It took about 3 hours to finally get refunded from that order tl;dr - Don’t expect great service. You’ll almost always get missing items on larger orders
