Be warned if you order ahead online! They are not able to make any changes day of delivery and do not listen to their voicemails. And if you order same day, they usually aren't able to delivery a large order in time for lunch. So not recommended for lunch events.

Unfortunately, the pizza was burned and tasted bitter. I’ve ordered from Otto many times at different locations, and this was not the usual quality.

Took 10 minutes just for us to order, pizza came out soggy, cold, no sauce (ordered Vodka Pasta Pizza), used lots of their garlic, red pep, and that still couldn't really save it. Tipped just cos they seemed like they were having a terrible day, even with microwaved food, it's not their fault, so I totally get it.
