  Dined at Mastros on 1/1/26 and it was probably the best dining experience we have ever had. It was definitely a great start to the year as we had family visiting from outside the country. I can't thank Gabby enough for the amazing service she provided. She was very attentive and making sure everyone had what they needed. Thank you to Gabby and the GM Connor for making this a special night!

  I always have a great experience at Mastro’s. The food is consistently excellent, especially the steaks, and everything is cooked perfectly. The service is professional and attentive, and the atmosphere feels upscale without being uncomfortable. It’s a great spot for a special night out, and I’m always happy to come back.

  We've been wanting to try Mastro's for a long time and glad that we did. The food and service were excellent. We saw an appetizer online but it wasn't on the menu. We told our server and he made it happen. So glad we did, tuna sashimi with a jalapeño on it. Tuna was so fresh and the heat from the jalapeño was a nice contrast. We both had filets that were cooked perfectly. The asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes were fresh and tasty. Chocolate cake to complete the night. My only complaint is when we made our reservation we informed that it was our anniversary. We were seated in what is clearly a function room but they put us directly under a giant television monitor. I know that it was New Year's Eve but not the ambiance I was looking for. Looking forward to a return trip with an ocean view next time.

  My husband and I have been to Mastro’s several times and made it a tradition to bring our 3 sons at the end of every year since the food is priced high. In 2025, we dine at Mastro’s several time and even brought my parents in February as we double date for Valentine’s Day and went in June for our anniversary. Both times we were satisfied with our delish meals, great service and the Vibe was great with the singers serenading the audience. I decided to post a review since our experience was less than stellar yesterday on New Year’s Eve 12/31/25. The place was packed like sardines and we had to duck our heads whenever the wait staff were bringing the big trays of food to serve the tables next to us as their rear ends swiped the back of chairs and we kept pulling our chairs towards our table to avoid it. Our table of 5 was placed near the walkway parallel to the kitchen doors and the bright light in the kitchen were triggering with all the back and forth of the wait staff and the soft light in the dining area. We dealt with one table with 2 toddlers who were screaming behind me and next to our table was also a party of 8-10 people who were so loud apart from the restaurant as a whole being Extremely noisy. We couldn’t even have conversations as a family while we were there to celebrate my son Jonathan’s 13th birthday. I ended up with a headache since I sat across the door to the kitchen instead of having my 3 sons deal with it and IT WAS OVERLY STIMULATING THAT BEING IN THE BATHROOM WAS ALMOST THE BEST SEAT IN THE RESTAURANT AT IT WAS CALM, QUIET AND I CAN ACTUALLY HEAR THE MUSIC. Silver lining the food was still great despite the restaurant being crowed. But, the service was lacking since it was hard to get our waiters attention as he tried his best to check in with us since he was covering other tables. We opted not to eat dessert since we just wanted to leave. The place felt overwhelming and we waited for 20mns for the waiter to bring a slice of bday cake for my son which we didn’t care for and another 15mns to get our check which was delivered by one of the managers. Despite all of that, my husband gave a generous tip. We were looking forward to enjoying our dinner like always and spend time as a family with my 2 oldest sons back home from college. Instead we were met with a disappointing experience. I told my husband never again would we go there around a holiday. For the money we spent for a party of 5, THE EXPERIENCE WAS DISAPPOINTING and FELT CHOTIC.

  Came here for my best friend’s birthday dinner. Called 2 weeks in advance to confirm her name on the menu and that we will be bringing a cake for decoration. Confirmed this all again 2 hour before the reservation. Menus were incorrect upon arrival and they forgot to bring out the cake. The waitress has no clue what I was talking about. Just overall no communication upon staff making this more stressful for me than enjoyable. Also 3 valet staff watching me take multiple trips with hands full of stuff. Didn’t offer to help nor could even open the door for me I had to ask. Unacceptable for a $500 dinner food was good though.
