The coffee is usually burnt, and the staff are overall just incredibly incompetent and inconsistent. They put my donuts in a paper bag face down without the parchment paper. The cashier was a trainee and she had a little issue with placing my order but she didn't make it awkward, she kept a smile on her face which I liked. I ordered hashbrowns and I think they forgot about it? So when they realized they kept apologizing and gave me a few free ones. A few errors but they kept a smile on their face and didn't make it awkward lol

This happened last time I came as well. Ive worked at dunkin donuts, I know how a macchiato shld look and taste. Especially since i get 2 a day. If im paying almost 5 dollars for a coffee I expect it to be made right. This dunks is below subpar.
