I'm really ready for them to update the menu. There's a $25 minimum food and beverage purchase now, so almost all menu items are $16+. My issue is that the food doesn't taste that good. We went last night and the server told us that they were out of the apple & brie grilled chicken sandwich. How are you out of a sandwich? The server never came back to check on our table. It looked like they were short staffed because one of the men who was seating patrons had on a kitchen apron. The show itself, Raheem Devaughn, was fantastic as usual.

City Winery Boston absolutely deserves 5 stars. From the moment I walked in, I was thoroughly impressed by how welcoming, polished, and well-run the entire venue was. Special thanks to Kelsey Anderson who delivered world class service and was on top of every detail for our Wedding industry Event Master Class on January 6th, 2026 The space was spotless and beautifully maintained, the waitstaff was extremely personable and friendly, and the management team was attentive, proactive, and as previously stated, on top of every detail throughout the event. The food far exceeded expectations—what we anticipated would be “very good” turned out to be truly exquisite. City Winery Boston also offers a wide range of event spaces, from an intimate downstairs meeting room for about 20 guests to mid-size rooms for around 100 and an impressive concert hall for large-scale events. If you are planning any type of event in Boston, this venue is highly recommended—you will almost certainly leave just as impressed as we were. All around, a solid 5-star experience. Our team at Party Time Events Group will be back!

Recently took my daughter to see Cassadee Pope at City Winery in Boston. It was our first time at this venue and because my daughter is in a wheelchair I did a recon mission to check on the accessibility to the venue. We stayed at the Courtyard right across the street so it was only a block away. I went up right after they opened to gain info about how and where to get her into the building. The main entrance had two sets of stairs and a wheelchair lift with a sign that said it wasn’t operational. I went inside to speak to somebody. The first person I ran into happened to be Joe, the manager of the venue. I explained the situation and he quickly showed me the street level entrance that I could bring her in, gave me his phone number and told me to text when we were on our way. I did just that and he was waiting for us at the entrance and escorted us to the area where we were going to see the show. Joe and everyone that we dealt with went above and beyond to help us and make this an extremely enjoyable evening. Whether you are handicapped or not I would highly recommend city winery, not only for the professional staff , the food and the venue itself but for the good vibes you could absolutely feel while in the building. Thanks again to Joe and his professional team and to Cassadee for a great show! Grace and I will see you again soon!

We had a BLAST last night at Tom Swoope Hip Hop, R&B Bingo event at Pier 26 City Vineyard to celebrate Javonah's 45th birthday! We also enjoyed City Vineyard Happy Hour, the bar tender Gabby was Amazing & a pleasure to have met as we waited for the doors to open for the event seating. The Tom Swoope event was Fun, Vibrant & I highly recommend all if they have the opportunity to attend please do so!! My only suggestion is instead of 3 games for the bingo event, for the bingo event to be 4 or 5 games since participants are given 8 boards included in their admission fee. Again, the event was AWESOME, sincerely appreciated the bingo experience & meeting "new cousins" as we played bingo! 😂 Overall City Vineyard's staff was Top Notch, their singing Manager had Great Positive Vibes; apologies for not remembering the songstress Manager's name but her soulful voice was unforgettable!! Definitely would attend Tom Swoope Hip Hop, R-B Bingo event & City Vineyard venue Again!! Ms Holman-Bey

Went for the Tom Sandoval trivia event and we specifically bought a bottle of wine with our tickets under the impression that said bottle would be waiting for us at the table because that's what was said. Upon arrival we realized there was no wine and we had to wait 25/30 minutes before we ever got it. Our waitress kept disappearing. We'd get our food and then she would disappear. I'd ask for more baguettes for our Goat cheese dip, it never came. Like I said, we were there for trivia so you would think we would get our trivia sheets to write our answers as we walked to our table but nope, my party and several other parties did not have a sheet. I went to the first person I could find which happened to be the audio guy and he put his finger aggressively in my face saying "HOLD ON". It was one of the rudest encounters I've had. Bro, you are working an audio board, you are not savings lives here. I had to go ask someone else as the first question was being asked and he was taking a long time so I asked someone else and he says "Ohhh that's a good question, let me ask..." This event was just so poorly planned. We were all sitting on top of each other, could barely move, like they tried to pack in as many people as they could. And to make matters worst, the room was a SAUNA. It was so disgustingly hot, I was so close to asking for the AC to be cranked up because it was almost inhumane. Tom Sandoval himself was great and we had many laughs which thank god or else this would have been a completely terrible experience. My friends and I will be thinking twice when it comes to attending any City Winery events.
