WOW! We finally saw a show at City Winery and we were NOT disappointed. We saw Luke Spiller on Thursday Nov 20th, what a performance, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. With that said, I just wanted to write to say EVERYONE at City Winery, from walking in the door, to our waiter Jarred was absolutely BRILLIANT. It's very hard these days to get great customer service, and my husband and I will never forget our 1st night at City Winery. We WILL be back for more. Keep up the good work, GREAT workers are very hard to find. THANK YOU!

Went to Harry Potter trivia last night and it was not a great experience. From checking in to ordering at our table the event seemed super disorganized. The service was awful and my friends and I didn’t even get the drinks we ordered.

First time at City Winery, restaurant was very nice, but the concert venue was extremely overcrowded. Tables and seats were on top of each other and we had poor visibility. I would prefer not to be boxed in to such a crowded space. The artist was fabulous!

We went to the Peter Noone concert this past weekend. None of the four of us had ever been to City Winery before although we had talked about going many times. We didn't eat there because we had dinner reservations after the show. The wine (rose) was very nice. The sound was excellent. Peter Noone kept making comments about the lights on the stage not being bright enough but they seemed fine to us (we were in the back and could see him very well). I like that the room is set up so the singer can actually roam around and meet his fans. We will definitely be back.

I am a wheelchair user and was very concerned about my ability to enjoy the concert. I did email the staff more than a few times, and they were very responsive. About the entrance. I was told to use the entrance on a specific street, and it was accessible; it was locked. It was not close to where the staff could see me, so it took me banging on the door for a few minutes to get someone's attention and let me in. I don’t think it was even a staff member. I did have a friend with me who could have gone to the main entrance, but that would not have been an option if I were alone. I asked for accessible seating, and I could get to the table we were to sit but the tables were so small and barely had room for me to eat on. I had to position my chair at the end, blocking the aisle that the servers were using. Again, I did like the venue and would recommend this place to see a concert and enjoy the food. If more focus could be placed on your patrons who use a wheelchair, I’ll post that review everywhere.
