Paid over $7 for a coffee that was just milk and syrup. Had barely any coffee in it and was extremely light. Very disappointing and upsetting. I don’t know why they’d think someone likes their coffee that light to the point you can’t even taste coffee and is like drinking flavored milk. So bad they need to understand the right coffee to cream ratio.

They were super busy and forgot my smoothie but Eva stepped right in and took accountability. This is what I expect from an esteemed establishment. There needs to be more Eva’s in the world.

While it is a good environment to study/work, the service is very disappointing. They charge you extra $ for ice. This is the most expensive, shitty coffee I have drank in my life. Additionally, there are two people who walk around telling people how to sit. They apparently need people to sit a certain way. I was told how to sit twice, and another customer sitting beside me was also told how she could or could not sit. It is very disrespectful and irritating. I do not recommend going there.
Also, it is incredibly hot in here. They probably set their temperature at 75.
