I had one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve ever had at Zuma during my husband’s 40th birthday celebration. We booked a pre-planned tasting menu in advance — the kind of menu that naturally runs longer — and the pacing of the entire evening was fully controlled by the restaurant. We were also ordering and enjoying multiple bottles of wine throughout the night, so we were clearly engaged, celebrating, and spending. Despite all of this, while we were still in the middle of the meal (again, timed and paced by them), a manager came over and abruptly told us that if we didn’t leave within 15 minutes, we’d be charged an additional $500. It was shocking and deeply embarrassing. We weren’t lingering, we weren’t delaying the meal — we were literally eating the courses they brought out at the pace they set. As a result, we were essentially rushed out of the restaurant. We didn’t finish our dinner, and the dessert we had prepaid for was never served. What should have been a special, celebratory, thoughtfully planned evening ended with us feeling blindsided, unwelcome, and pushed out the door. For a restaurant with this reputation and price point, the lack of professionalism and respect was unbelievable. I would strongly caution anyone considering hosting a special event here — the experience completely ruined what should have been a memorable night.

Great spot for a date night or a girls night out! Ordered sushi and the wagyu gyoza both were delicious & flavorful! I will say this restaurant offers small portions and is pretty pricy but definitely worth going at least once! It's definitely an experience!

Zuma is not bad among Japanese restaurants, but it's not top-notch. We were a bit disappointed. I think our expectations were too high. We went in expecting the food to be good and standard, nothing outrageous. What about the atmosphere? It was spot on. Thanks anyway.

Elegance from the front door of the Four Seasons hotel to the entrance of Zuma on the second floor. Greeted warmly by a beautiful dark and perfect yet dimly lit interior that only matches the quality of the service and the food. The menu offers just the right amount of unique choices alongside traditional sushi stalwarts. To top it off a unique twist on a fantastic desert menu underscores you're dining in fine fashion.

Everyone is well spoken, knowledgeable and friendly. The food is soooooo good, oh my god! I ordered the seared scallops- it was well seasoned and super fresh, Wagyu gyoza was finger licking goodtttttt!!! Mmhm oh the california maki sushi… so good. My overall experience has always been great!
