I do not get the chance to go often anymore but I got the chance to go before work and ordered online a Western Bagel (my favorite). I usually get ham no egg but I could not make that modification online so I was like whatever I will get the egg. I then started to eat it and was like this tastes gross and I looked at it and there was MOLD on the egg!! the bacon was also bleh. I almost puked, I was so triggered I ate any of it (nauseous thinking back on it). There was also a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese that tasted stale to my coworker. These were both ordered early in the morning so should have been the freshest. I emailed Brueggers about it but never got a response. I am only writing this in hope this never happens again because it is so disheartening.
