Another fantastic experience at Tito’s Ceviche & Pisco! The food was—as always—absolutely delicious, full of flavor and authenticity.
What made this visit extra special was the outstanding service from Amazing, yes that is her name! She was attentive, kind, and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our meal like every time I visit Tito’s.
This time, we came to celebrate my friend’s birthday and they also enjoyed every dish we ordered.
Every detail, from the warm atmosphere to the impeccable attention, reminded us why Tito’s is one of my favorite spots in New Orleans! Can’t recommend enough.

The customer service was excellent. We were greeted and seated as soon as we came in. I ordered the mix-seafood ceviche and it was amazing, it was so fresh and delicious. The fried plantains are addicting. We also got to meet the owner who couldn't have been nicer and attentive to my friend and I. We will definitely be coming back.

Over priced for the quality of food. Since they closed down their
Magazine st. Drinks are a scam. Sugary cocktails. Food was over salted, ceviche fish not as tender. Sorry to say quality has gone down tremendously. I won’t be back. Service and staff friendly and professional. Don’t want to pay $270 for this quality

I had the opportunity to visit Tito’s, and it was truly an outstanding experience. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm and elegant, with a décor that blends modern touches with details that instantly transport you to Peru.
The food is simply delicious: every dish is prepared with authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and impeccable presentation. The ceviche is among the best I’ve ever had outside of Peru, and every bite reflects tradition and passion in the kitchen. Portions are also generous and perfect for sharing. I can't describe how good every taste. I also loved the steak anticuchos and the green pasta with the steak. My husband's favorite was the linguine with the steak and the soy sauce. So yummy!
The service is excellent: the staff is attentive, friendly, and always ready to recommend the best on the menu. You can tell they pay attention to every detail so that you feel comfortable and enjoy the experience to the fullest. They are very very kind and lovely! They were always checking on my table.
Tito’s is a little piece of Peru in New Orleans: exquisite food, a charming ambiance, and top-notch service. Definitely a restaurant you’ll want to return to again and again. Highly recommended!

CUSTOMERS: READ THE FINE PRINT ON THE MENU
We normally leave a 15% tip voluntarily, and our bill usually comes to over $300 between my husband and me. We have been coming here for more than two years. Today, without any prior notice, we were surprised to see that a 20% service charge was automatically added.
The waitress explained that it was written in the “fine print” on the menu. Indeed, it seems one must read the fine print at a restaurant as if purchasing a property. Her response was: “If you find it expensive, go to another restaurant, and if you wish, don’t come back,” delivered in an arrogant manner.
It is unbelievable that long-time customers, who have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at this restaurant, would be treated this way. It is truly unfortunate, as we know there is an entire team behind every business. However, due to the lack of proper customer service training of just two waitresses, loyal customers are lost and negative reviews are gained.
