Gum on bathroom walls, don’t think the bathroom has ever been cleaned. Probably shouldn’t have eaten the food with how disgusting the front of the building was. Food was stale and not fresh. This place needs to be demolished.

- ANAntonio NathanOct 13, 20251.0This is one of the most nastiest and disrespectful McDonalds out in New Orleans east when it comes to making or fixing a person food” I don’t care if I spent $1 no one deserves when they spend their money to experience what I experience with theses people…I ordered a double cheeseburger with no onion and prefers grilled onions instead” once I received my order I decided to check my burger and there you go they added raw onions instead..so told the young lady in drive thru that my sandwich was incorrect and can they remake my burger over along with my nuggets” she tells me to pull up and we will make it over again…soon as I pull up less than 10 seconds one the manager comes out with my food just that fast and that’s when I knew something wasn’t right…once I made it home my burger was hard and stale and my nuggets were hard and dry…most of all…all they did was took or scrape off the onions and put my food in the microwave to make me think I had fresh food…very disgusting and nasty…the restaurant refused to answer their phone” like always so I just threw it away…very disrespectful and very nasty McDonalds
