  It's a fast food chain...with that said one can not expect much out of the ordinary. Food is always as expected ( non flavorful and luke warm,) but at least this chain is consistent with mediocre. This store still has not fixed the broken door from 2 weeks ago. Staff still like to socialize out in the dinning area with family and friends and content with a handful working to fill the orders. The Kiosks frees up the counter service. And instead of bringing my tray to table as their new policy I had to go retrieve it from the counter. Couldn't prove which order was mine as no reciept was given from kiosks ( which is a stemic issue with not filling with paper at many locations.) However, it is clean and somewhat quiet.

  Our neighborhood McDonald’s is consistently reliable. Orders are usually correct, the service is generally friendly and efficient, and we rarely have any issues. It’s one of those locations you can count on to get in and out without problems. For a fast-food stop, that kind of consistency matters, and this location does a good job delivering it.

  Surprised it had such low stars. This is our neighborhood McDonald's we're getting happy meals at least 1 time every two weeks. I always do a unique order a burger with 4 patties and it's only been wrong one time. I went in they apologized and fixed it. The food has never been stale, everything has been in the order. Inside was clean. This is one of the top McDonald's I've been to. Oh and you can get a MC flurry. It's never been out or broken

  Crappy. I sat at the drive through, they asked if I ordered through my app, I said yes, then 3 cars in the other lane kept going through, so I drove up. They asked my order, said fine. I get to the puck up window, I ask for bbq sauce, she looks annoyed and tells me 35 cents. Fine. I give her 2 quarters, wait for my change. She rudely asks if I want my 15 cents change(well yes. I'm not paying 50 cents for bbq sauce) so she tells me to pull up to wait for it, which im not. So I stat there and watch her tell her coworker that I actually want my 15 cents change. (I get the charge, if its 35 cents, then ring it up, the drawer will open and you can give me my change) the coworker sees me still looking at them and tells her to just give it back to me. I've seen this several times asking for bbq sauce. Twice I've seen them just pocket the money before I drive off. I get paying for the sauce, but if it costs 35 cents, then there should be a way for them to ring it up.

  Ordered at drive through with the app. Not really any quicker, still had to wait in line.
