I haven’t had the rude service that I’ve seen other reviews talk about, when I catch that the order is wrong. They are usually pretty happy to fix it without complaint in a very apologetic. But if I don’t catch the orders wrong, I make it home with things missing.

The Bardell Company should be embarrassed by the way customers are treated at this location. I strongly urge others to think twice before giving this place their business.

- DFDboy FlameNov 13, 20253.0They never get my order right to the point I only go for milkshakes now whenever it working and I was told from a McDonald employee the reason why the ice cream machine is never working is because they don’t clean it🤮🤢so yu mean all this time yall be walking around there supposed to be working with a dirty machine because nobody wants to clean it so yall rather not serve ice cream and milkshakes because yall rather keep the machine dirty ain’t that supposed to be part of somebody job to keep the area clean and yall hands and they got a alert that sound off wen it time to wash hands and clean area so yall just walking around ignoring the alarm makes me don’t even want to go there for a milkshakes anymore cause what else yall not keeping clean Im bout to demand a health inspector at this point
